![]() In the original version this area looks totally unfinished - just a big blank ledge. But, they've added a door that wasn't in the original! So now the Celosia arena actually has a blocked door. I noted in the remake that the 'door' looks much more like an arch (as it probably was in the original). The 'door' at Celosia's arena was always an important place in those old theories. I've been looking at a lot of the old theories from the PS2 days and wondering if they've incorporated them into the remake. I saw your post about getting the stick from the Celosia arena, that's one thing I knew you could do in the original that I hadn't checked yet, so thanks for that. I did the same thing with the original PS2 version, so I feel you - I remain hopeful of one last big secret (in any form). At this point anything would be good, I've rinsed the game completely several times and all I do is look for secrets (mainly goats). In fact, I'd love any kind of statement from Bluepoint about unsolved mysteries. I think I read it on youtube too, now I think about it. Oh, yeah, of course - comments on the internet. So, if you have any ideas we could try, or you just wanna disprove me completely, cool. I still haven't picked up the sword, which in terms of damage is not much different from the Queen's Sword, so I'm not losing anything in that regard. The thing is, I don't have any other ideas on what I could do. Did I completely disprove my own theory with that? Probably. Shot flash arrows, even harpoons, and even got the wooden stick from Celosia's fight and brought it to the room, in hopes of lighting it up on the fires in the room, which did not work. Anyway, I tried anything I could thing of to try to "destroy" the sword where it stands. I know,I have way too much free time on my hands. All so I could once more find the sword on the secret room. I made a new save, finished on time attack normal and hard again, finished the game a couple of times again, and found all 79 relics AGAIN. The problem was,I already picked up the sword, which now I think is what I was not supposed to do. But my idea was that, if the sword were a bad thing, maybe it's true purpose in the game is to be destroyed? Like, maybe destroying it would kill dormin for good, or better yet, release him, in the form we see him at the end, and we would have to fight him. Okay, not even I really know where I'm going with this, but it's fun trying to come up with different theories, and I believe there's still more to find in the game. Why is that? The only other thing with a bad effect like that in the game is the fruit in the garden. That sword is the only item in the game with a downside, the lesser life-regeneration part. Look, what if the sword is not something Dormin owned, but it sort of IS Dormin, in a way, or at least part of him? You can look at it as just an unlockable item, which is fine, and probably makes much more sense than what I'm doing, but what if that place where the sword is is where Dormin is "sealed" in the Shrine of Worship? We can hear his voice when we get in, and he even laughs when you take the sword, like you just did something interesting to him. But since everyone is trying to investigate what this sword does, I've decided to try looking at it through a new angle: What if you're not supposed to take it? Hey, so what I'm about to say is reeeally far-fatched and I know it.
